    When investing in property I always scout out for the best property manager/rates for my properties.
    Who are people using on the Sunshine Coast and best service/rates you have had so far?

    I am currently paying 7% plus gst (no other expenses) to have my properties managed.

    What rates have people found the best?
    Have they had low vacancy rates?
    Are they doing market research to ensure you are getting the best rental returns?

    I currently use Danielle from Ray White Maroochydore. She has been great so far, done everything you expect from a good property manager. I pay 8.8% including GST but am happy paying that with the service im receiving. In saying that I think around that 8-9% is pretty standard on the Sunshine Coast.
