    Who would you recommend to manage your property on the Sunshine Coast - looking between Caloundra in the south to Maroochydore in the north.
    It'd help if you can share info on their fees :)

    I use Image Property. They have been great! Awesome online portal and they do very thorough inspection reports.

    There's some great PM's around these parts.

    My advice- if you find one that has 10+yrs experience and has been with the same agency for AT LEAST 3 years, they're worth a 2nd look.

    Kristy Burns at First National Riverside manages all of ours. Have used a few, couldn't be happier with Kristy. Tell her Gaby and David said to say hello.
