    Very odd to me.
    If I'm living outside the city (not even suburban, but waaay out), I'd want a good reason to live there. Why would I choose this development when waterside suburbs from Caloundra north are available? The only benefit is being "on the highway" which means the main benefit is trying to get commuters. I suppose it's possible, but I would have thought it would be uncompetitive with North Lakes and Morayfield on commuting stakes, and again there's no reason for amenity against living near the beaches...
    Then again, I'm obviously not their target audience!
