    Hello,

Any seen or heard anything from suncorp? Increased rates, restrictions etc? Do people think they will jack up rates for existing customers?

    Cheers

Unless you are neurosurgeon making $600,000 per annum - you are really snookering yourself by fixing your loans with Suncorp. They have an ultra conservative policy (some niches though) and even tighter servicing.

PFI provide our clients with the opportunity to purchase an investment property, together with performing equity investments from a wide range of ASX listed securities some providing monthly income. This is the value of advice.
