Suitable suburb suggestions for IP Journey

    Hi team currently looking to purchase IP budget approx. 400k. Currently have houses in Launceston Tas, Crestmead Logan QLD, Reservoir Melb, Warnbro Perth WA, Elizabeth East SA and Svensson Heights Bundy QLD.

    Portfolio is rather diversified and don't know if I should to keep it that way or go again where the data suggests being another IP in Central QLD which is building nicely and also Perth (which has had a good run thus far). I have my eye on other areas that have grown significantly recently; Adelaide Hackham/West, Toowoomba, Regional VIC, Hunter Valley, Mount Gambier but not sure where to go again ? My dilemma is do I go regional again and go with Central QLD or Perth (not Rockingham area) or new region completely. Where would suit my current portfolio and benefit me going forward ?
    Any feedback appreciated.
