Suggestions for kitchen / living layout

    image.jpg My rental place had an extension done in the 80s. Added a family room to the rear after knocking down the old exterior wall of the kitchen and 4th bedroom.

    The old laundry now opens to the family room and the kitchen is a long galley shape.

    I am considering replacing the kitchen and would like feedback on layout.

    I would be interested in anything else that could be done to improve the functionality of the house.

    Sorry, took a while trying to get the image to not rotate. Gave up. The plan is in the OP now. No exact measurements to hand, but the extension is about 10m wide.
