NSW Suggestions for good property managers in Seven Hills/Blacktown Area

    Hi PCers,

    Need a little help. Been having a nightmare in my Seven Hills IP in Western Sydney. Too many incompetent property managers with very little understand of construction/ building maintenance. Anyone know good property management who is available on weekends and after 5pm and will proactively visually inspect issues and assess the situation prior to calling tradesman.

    Does PM earning $50k/yr work weekends or after 5pm? Their chair will be cold by 12.15pm if you're lucky.

    It's hard to find, I've found good ones on PC for my interstate IPs, but took a lot of effort to get the right guys and they usually charge a premium for their service, which I don't mind as long as its reasonable. Usually were PMs that had started their own gig.
