Hi Guys, I have been looking for PPOR with budget around $850k in inner west, as my partner works here. Just checked this property listed on RE 1 Magnolia Grove, Schofields, NSW 2762 Please seeif the value looks good or wait for it to come down. Land size is quiet good.
Agree with Someguy's question above. Regarding that property, the price point for this based on recent sales would be high $700's. $840k seems a bit high based on comparables, so you have room to work on this seller. It's to the upper end of the acceptable range. Side access is a positive. Yes, if you like this property, don't obsess with timing, particularly as it is your PPOR. Everyone will have a view on this, but I don't think this correction will last as long as many think. Cheers, John
