    Hi all

    Anyone heard of these guys?

    Successful Ways | Buyer’s Agent Service in Sydney

    A colleague asked me about them and I’m always highly suspicious of companies that do the one stop shop. Not to mention run courses. And surprise surprise that’s how he discovered them. And he’s a FHB.

    Plus they say on the website that most buyers agents charge a % which we know is not true

    One stoppers end up becoming all about the revenue extraction per client rather than what is best for client. Not always but common.

    Also you wont get unbiased advice from each section of the business unlike using a separate business / person for each task.
