Just had my Grant come through! Big shout-out to @euro73, without him this would not have been possible, invaluable help as always!! Many set-backs along the way, being that I sub-divided a block of land off my existing property, Revenue NSW didn't really know what to do as I didn't have a contract for the purchase of the land, didn't give clear instructions on what I needed and merely requested the documentation again, even after I outlined the situation clearly in an email, and followed up with phone calls. The solution was to use the Valuation from when I obtained finance and that satisfied their systems in the way of correct land value. Straight into the offset and waiting for the Build to be completed so I can finally move in! @Simon Hampel - Not sure where this post belongs, perhaps development due to sub-division? Regards, Arc
