Coffee... The most important of all habits that gets taken for granted.

It’s also the best handheld device for communication and business ideas ;)

I guess its a variation on the smashed avocado story here. On its own its an inflated idea, and the stats don't apply perfectly to capital city real estate here in Oz but the sentiment of wanting to spend on all the good things now being in competition with asset ownership or delayed gratification it makes sense.

PS I make most of my coffees at home :)

It’s just a view point that someone put out there.

I have several houses and businesses and will not even consider the $5 I spend on coffee as being anything significant.

    It adds value :) :)

The flip side of this arguement is that if people won’t spend money on little luxuries, and they deny themselves to save money because money is scarce and precious, that may be saving money but it’s the completely wrong mindset.

You can’t make money if you don’t have a belief in abundance.

    This:)

Its a disease though, some people wont let go, call it being frugal or a tight at$se, either way if you don't enjoy your money today then what is the point of making money?

Success - a couple of cones mid afternoon to break the monotony. Ice cream cones that is. Soft serve vanilla Mr Whippy style.

Ah, I occasionally listen to Grant Cardone. A lot of useful material. Particularly like the video on how to turn a bad day into a good day. We all have bad days, but as Grant says, you can flip it from bad to good with the right approach.
