You get what you focus your mind on, negativity just attracts more negativity and success attracts success.

There are a few daily practices you can do to help you focus on what you want to create.

I like to read or listen to Audio books or podcasts every day on ether motivational stuff or business technical stuff. That's a habit I've had for a long time.

What are the habits that work for you?

People either lift you higher or suck the energy right out of you - energy vampires.
You're not the idiot whisperer, you can't help them, can't change them. They feed off drama. Let them go and drain someone else's energy.

I surround myself with positive successful people too. Very selective on who and what I give time to. It has to be business, growth or fun :)

The only thing making you unhappy is your own thinking.
    Change it.

Running and exercise makes everything better for me and i actually get a lot of negativity and resistance from friends/family about it and i don't exercise religiously or as often i want...

I found it very hard distancing myself from people for such reasons but sometimes it just needs to happen and most of them, slowly start getting the picture when they notice your absence.

Being around positive people is a must!

For me it constantly carrying a positive, can do attitude and being confident.

Had a couple of cases of this today.
One was realizing we need to clear a couple of items from our showroom which we've been trying to get rid of for almost one year now so that we can display a new model of equipment.
I did something as a spontaneous personal challenge which I wouldn't normally do and cold called a customer who's coming in to pick up a piece of equipment in a couple of days and sold it to him over the phone on the spot.
I announced it to the other staff prior that I'd get this done and had complete confidence I could do it. I never back down from a challenge so this probably helped my motivation.
I'm not a natural salesperson so always have to get myself in the zone just prior, so I visualized how another great salesperson I follow would act in this case, and it got the job done.

Sucessful people get shlt done, others are just spectators or simply wait for instructions from others.

Just make a habit of reading PC on a regular basis.

Everything you need to know is here. Ask questions. Just don't upset anybody or you'll get blown away lol.

well, I think negative people like to be around each other. They love nothing more than to try and outdo each other with their tales of woe..

I get up early every morning before work and on weekends to go for a walk. I have audible on my phone and I listen to these as I exercise. At first I hated getting up early and missing an extra hour sleep, but now this time to myself is the highlight of my day.

It is also amazing how many books I have listened to in the last 6 months (Around 50)

I luv Les for his boldness, not baldness.
    Thanks man.
My sales inspiration comes from Grant Cardone, he gets it done.

My point is not to wait for things to happen.
You can control things more than you may know, much faster than you thought , in bigger proportions.
Or, you can wait for something good to happen like everyone else.
