    Bit of a wierd article, it seems to be looking at some of the biggest gains in terms of absolute $ value rather than % changes. For example it puts number one as Tamarama because the median went up by $3m, which is less than 100% gain, yet number ten in Willoughby 'only' went up $2m, but that is a 200% gain, far more impressive to me?
