Haven't used Suburbanite, looks like they are Sydney based.

Have you thought of going with a local buyers agent? I know @DaveM here on the forums comes well recommended.

Local knowledge and relationships with local sales agents can be crucial in securing bargains and off market deals.

Have used them, the company has great intentions although ultimately you've got to do your own due diligence about the area and type of property that any BA (Suburbanite or otherwise) are recommending you buy in..

The overall process was fine, had to follow-up on a few things. The disappointing part was the lack of follow-up after I'd originally bought the property i.e. 12 month review calls etc given that I will be looking to build a portfolio. I did originally chase them a few times although unfortunately they've grown too big I'd say.

Overall could be worth it although do your own research as well and possibly understand your strategy and use a local BA as suggested!
