    Hi everyone.

    I have done a bit of a search but would like some up to date information.

    We have been saving hard for some time now and are ready to purchase our first investment property.

    I am researching almost night and day on suburbs, profiles etc.

    I wanted to know what the go to places for suburb data, vacancy rates etc are? I want as much information as possible. I have narrowed my search down to a few areas but want to make sure we get the first one right.
