    Hi all,

I read on another post about a website where you can select a region, and it will bring up the 5 year growth, 10 year growth etc for every suburb in that region, can be ranked from highest to lowest etc. I think the person who posted it mentioned they used it to buy their property in Newcastle. I did go to the website but only had a quick look and was going to come back to it, but now I can't find it in my history.

I have searched and searched but can't find the post I saw it in. Does anyone know the website I'm talking about?

    Thanks in advance

    Hi @Seabreeze

    I think you're referring to this website - www.whatsuburb.com.au

I'm so happy to hear that our tool could help you.

Complete transparency - I currently work for this company leading our digital buyer's agent arm. By no means are my recommendation pretending to be customer of the business and violate the rules of the this site. We're simply seeing if our tool can help people like yourself. We are in the process of upgrading ourselves to a business account on this site.

    Good luck and happy searching.

Perth must drive you insane with all the different councils. Part of Woodvale is Waneroo Council, and the rest is Joondalup council. whatsuburb - Find all the suburbs you can afford

@Propin Perth has definitely been a challenge to map! We are constantly reviewing to make sure we haven't made any mistakes. I hope the tool is helping in some way.

Hi @fols - by no means is it trying to replace buyers agents, but rather give a buyers agents thinking in a digital format, so buyers are little bit more guided on key suburbs they'd like to discuss with buyers agent professionals. I hope it's helpful in some way :)
