subdivisions near schools

    im wondering if any one in the community has run into any issues when subdividing blocks across the road from schools, just wondering if any ones got some past experiences they would care to share

    I had one builder wouldn't build on a lot that had only one neighbour between it and a school - the cost of extra traffic control, morning and afternoon, was a problem for them

    so extra traffic control may be an extra cost, depending on what infrastructure works you have to do
