Subdivision to a battle axe plot

    Hi,

    I'm looking at a property which has a significant backyard. Based on my research, looks like it can be subdivided in to a lot by itself. This plot has the sewer connection at the back of the block. If we subdivide the plot the sewer connection of the existing dwelling will pass through the new block. Is this allowed?

    You will need to create an easement.

    More importantly, will subdivision be allowed as this is already a battleaxe block?

    Is access a ROW or on title, can the rights be assigned to additional properties?

    Hi, Thanks for the response. This is not currently a battleaxe block. I'm looking at the feasibility of converting.
