Subdivision size query Logan/QLD

    Hi guys,

    Has anyone had much to do with Logan City Council regarding subdivision. I have a 2000sq lot that I want to split in 2, unfortunately it's zoned minimum 1000sq lots. I've been told that council won't budge on size restriction.

    Any tips or suggestions on how to approach would be appreciated.

    Last time I looked, 2000/2 = 1000 so you'll be fine.

    talk to a town planner, you may be able to get away with approved plans on a smaller than stated minimum lot size.
