    Hi Guys,

    I know my house will be subdivided but havent decided what way i want to go about it yet.

    Option 1 keep front house sell backyard with DA approved plans. 3x2 two storey townhouse (Most Likely)

    Option 2 sell front house and keep backyard with DA approved plans. Wont be building anytime soon cant afford it.

    Can someone give insight to cgt and gst payable on either option? Thanks
