Just wondering if anyone has purchased this kit and had any feedback on it?

Subdivision Kit | Property Resource Shop

Considering purchasing to assist my education around subdivision and help me get started.

    Cheers,

It's not difficult to do a subdivision, it can be summarised on one page.

In SA it's very basic, in some other states not so much. Where are you looking at projects?

Agree, but the theory and the reality can sometimes be quite different, especially for complete newbies.

@Xenia Complete newbie here! Just looking for as much info as I can find to ensure if I go down this path everything is accounted for and we don't have a huge failure. Looking for site acquisition, full feaso's, checklists on the process etc etc. If you have one page with all this I'd love to have a look!

@D.T. In Tasmania. There are still a number of blocks around that are big enough. I want to ensure they will make a decent profit and i have the knowledge before I move.

@Coota9 In my research I had already come across it, although, that podcast was the actaylst for this post!

They've even used the "Property Spruiker" website template.

Don't waste your money, just ask as many free questions as you want on this forum and you'll get ten times more than the subdivision kit will give you.

I agree the website selling the product is a very bad sales template, but I would recommend Matt Jones' kits and the network of people he opens up to you when you join his group.

I'm more than happy to pay a few hundred dollars for a concise learning pack instead of sifting through fragments of information on the Internet. (But that's just me).

Download Gotowebinar and enter the ID 126-229-251, JSS is interviewing Matt.

Nope, too late! Was only a half hour interview.

But the Property Professor Peter Koulios is on now. Hurrah!

Is that podcast good or bad?
Are they some sort of merchants?

I really do cringe when I see that kind of marketing. I mean seriously who would give money to people who market like that? To me professional services like accountants, lawyers, mortgage brokers, even real estate agents, have much more conservative, understated and professional marketing strategies. Why, after looking at how everyone else who operates in the property industry markets, would I throw money at some guy using that kind of 'secrets revealed' language in their marketing?

That stuff screams run a mile to me. I can't understand how it even works. Do you know how many exclusive and free seminars that Bholt chick has sent me? at like $500 a pop... Seriously she has given away about $5k worth of unused tickets to me because she is so nice and wants to tell me all her property secrets. It's so blatantly dishonest I just cannot understand how they can make money with those claims. Come on I know you want me to come to your seminar so you can sell me stuff, it wasn't a special limited time offer the first time you sent the tickets and it's not great value the 20th time you sent them.

I've bought that kit myself and for what I paid, I got my money's worth. It doesn't cover things in too much depth but if you want a decent overview especially for a Brisbane subdivision, it's quite handy.

@Robbo03 did you end up purchasing the kit (or any other resource)? I'm interested myself.

So based on above of the two people who bought it, both are happy. Anyone else who owns it have a view?
