    Hi,
    am looking for a one stop shop to do a subdivison/ development in Geelong.
    any recomendations will be appreciated.
    I have tried googling and just calling up but most never return calls or if they do, tell you that they only handle a small part of the process and I would have to look for someone for the other steps.

    as I am new to development/ subdivison, I will feel more confortable if I have one point of contact.

    What’s the goal with the subdivision? A one stop shop seems like a good way to improve your chances of losing money.

    Might as well just buy two ready made lots?
