    Hi everyone,

    I am new to this forums.

    I am currently doing a house & land development in Sydney.

    Zoned R2 with 25 /ha density, and going to be rezoned to R3.

    Looking for any one with experience to exchange.

    few things to consider:-

    does it have existing -
    water connection/ service
    electrical connection/ service
    sewage connection / service
    storm water connection/ service

    many, many, many other things to consider.....

    For this size of project, you will need a substantial cash injection.
