    Hi All,

Has anyone had success in getting approval for subdivision when the land wasn't zoned for it?

If so, I would love if you could share your story or if anyone has any advice on the process I would be grateful for your comment.

Do you mean the land has no zoning at all?
Or the zoning does not permit units?

It can be done. It depends on a lot of different factors.

Your best bet is to speak to a town planner in your area who is familiar with doing this sort of project. They'll be able to advise whether your particular case has a chance or not as each council varies greatly on what they will and won't allow.
