Hi guys, I currently have a property on St Johns Road Cabramatta West with one lot on one land title. How would I be able to split to two lots on one land title for duplex potential? I have noticed other properties on the street being demolished and duplexes arising from them. This is in Fairfield Council NSW.

    Land shape: Rectangular
    Dimensions: 16.76m x 33.53m
    Land Size: 556m2

I live in that region too.

if its r2 they need 900sqm.

you are below that so im interested to see how those around you are doing a duplex? you might be in a special 01 region (dm address and i can check if you want).
