    Hi PC experts

I'm evaluating a potential IP with a land size of roughly 1000m2 in a Low to medium density LMR3 zone in Brisbane City council. Normally it would seem subdivision is possible, but this land apparently was already subdivided before. I don't have any info on the title yet but the unit is on same street number and being unit A, e.g. 30A. It is is at the rear and sharing the driveway with a neighbouring block (seems this was divided as well).

Does this make it much more tricky / complex for doing subdivision down the track, in terms of title, sewage, etc? Or to build 2-3 storey units?I could buy and hold and wait for developers, but wanted to understand more about the options.

Thanks so much for your help.
