VIC Subdividing a subdivision

    Hi all

    I am looking at a property in Melbourne that has previously been subdivided when that was done a building envelope covenant was placed on the lot.

    I am hoping to subdivide the land to build 2 dwellings. Will this be possible? The building envelope will either be directly center of the subdivide or only on one subdivision dependant on other circumstances.

    All other obligations regarding overlays and planning are acceptable and lot sizes would be fine.
