Hi guys, looking for a property with good long term capital growth and 5% plus rental return and the potential to subdivide, but has to be under 430k approx. any suggestions please it would be much appreciated. I have looked around Moreton bay but can't find anything to subdivide and port Macquarie now seems to be too expensive. Thanks Bec
