    Hi all,

    I've come across a site that does not stack up to put a number of townhouses on however it appears possible for a subdivision into two lots (there is currently a house on the site).

    What is involved with sub-dividing a block of land (process and estimated costs)? I've seen some threads on Somersoft however i'd be very interested to understand some details from experienced people here. The property in question is located in Sydney.
