    There are some good responses on your other thread;

    What team do I need to research and buy pls

    First things first - can you afford it, do you know what your borrowing capacity is?
    Have you got any experience doing something like this previously? What looks easy often isn't.

    Can you read the council's website where it tells you about the land usage of each block you own?

    I'd be checking the local shopping centre for the kind of people who hang out there. Not all bogans are bad but the fewer the better I reckon.

    If you see some nut screeching their tyres through the Macca's car park then maybe don't invest there lol.

    It's Friday night, lets burn rubber!

    Hmm this question is so high level that I'm unsure we can we can provide much assistance. I would call or see the council's duty planner and ask them your question with reference to your specific block. If they say 'yes youc an subdivide subject to...' then I would find a local planner to assist.
