    I just spoke to the Wanneroo Council, they said you could have a driveway through the middle - min 2.8M and max 6M. Will have to dig further to see what other restrictions may pop up.

    Well before you go any further, have you done the numbers to see if its financially feasible? I remember we spoke about this earlier and I didn't think there was any profit in this sort of project.
