Stumbling bumbling investor trying to rectify early mistakes

Hello all,

I just stumbled upon this forum and after spending hours doing some research only to find the answer here in a straightforward manner. It seem's the members on here are genuine and have a wealth of knowledge so would love to educate myself better.

I have made numerous successful property investments over the years more so to good luck and timing in the market as opposed to my own knowledge. I am at a point now though where I am paying for the lack of thought when setting up my purchases be it through land tax or some other form of tax.

I am now at looking at trying to fix my errors and hopefully make better decisions in the future.

Having received so much bad advice and bad service over the years I have also decided to become certified in the strata/property management side of things to manage my own personal investments and maybe even a career change in doing it full time.

I look forward to my new school of knowledge here at Property Chat.
