    Jacana is high on my radar for my next development project, I know the area reasonably well due to my grandparents being from there and it was where mum was raised.

    @Beanie Girl is spot on regarding demographic which makes the next 10 years ripe for gentrification. Serviced by an all important train line within close proximity to the CBD.
    All good size blocks with houses that could be bulldozed and cleared in half a day.
