structuring and changing laws / legislation

    Just wondering if the laws / legislation applied to trusts and structuring have changed in the past few years....

    I had a look into it a little perhaps 2 years ago, and wonder if things have changed that would justify re looking into the options of structuring ones IP's / developments differently for legal tax minimisation and security purposes.....

    Yes there have been changes especially in land tax and stamp duty/
