    Achieving over 7% nett with almost 5 year WALE.

    don't know what the tenancy profile is to have achieved such a high yield but I'd say Centurion will move the lesser tenants on, get a better grade of tenant to reduce yields but massively pump up asset values. (There must be a few govt tenders coming up) ;)
