Interesting... I've never liked anything with A, B, C as per above as would think it's been subdivided.
Was actually pretty happy with my development as it was a corner ended up with 7 staying the same and other two being aligned to the other street being 19 and 21.

That is true corner you can take either one of the following number from the street.
Like said - it is all subjective - for Melbourne if you go to Box Hill (where there is a high concentration of chinese) if you drive you will see many 2A or 12A or the likes of that since it matters to them.

I once sold an apartment at 148 Wells St and it didn't really matter to the Chinese person who bought it.

Properties with the number 8 featuring in the street address are popular amongst Chinese buyers

Personally, I don't care what street number because I am not superstitious. However, some people really believe in that stuff, so I don't buy numbers that would "offend" a potential buyer.

We have 38 and always get comments from Chinese friends that is “triple prosperity” - apparently just about the best number to have.

So, I want to believe it makes a difference

Thinking of it now - had a client buy from an Asian client... just looked up the contract was $631,238 from memory was a pretty good discount on the asking price but he liked the offer.

In Asia, people often buy and sell phone numbers. One would go into shop and look at what “good numbers” the shop has and buy it.

Speaking of retail, I don’t understand why 9 out 10 times in Australia you open a new bank account you likely to get plenty of 4 and 0.
