These things seem too good to be true.. $240-270k returning $320 approx in rent..

What's the catch? Crazy body corp/rates? High vacancy rates??

There seems to be soooo many on the market, does anybody have any experience with these?

On top of Sash, the stock also not popular. People prefer house, especially 3 BR in that area

There are townhouses and townhouses!! As long as they are decent size, with not too many packed onto a block of land, and are reasonably close to schools and transport, you should do ok.

Why does it feel like the body corporate fees in Bris are marginally higher than that of Sydney?

    Thanks.

There are pockets of residential which are shielded away from industry. Family has house and land in Brendale which is performing reasonably well.

    The other 5% is

    Leitchs rd end.
Where there are hundreds of 2 & 3 bed villas which is essentially a retirement village.

Corner of old northern and south pine rd's.
Which is 500m from a huge high voltage sub station that powers most of the north brisbane.
