    Needless to say, the property is on a main road. Not just one main road, but the corner of 2 main roads of a T section fronting 9 lanes in total!

    I do think there is value in buying on a main road e.g. only passing traffic and for a ridiculously cheap price....or may potential for rezoning in the future... - but NEVER on a T intersection fronting several lanes. 2 reasons are;
    • Cars are only doing one thing all the time outside your house - accelerating. This is where the loudest of car noises happen
    • A significantly high risk of car accidents outside your house and also cars ending up on or in the property
    I also notice there are houses sold in the past 2 years with much larger land component for less money on Samsonvale Rd that does not front a busy T intersection

    I can’t see how this is a good property. Price wise it is not much cheaper than paying for a place that has a larger land component and is located closer to city.
