Strategy to start investing how should I start

    Assuming that's 50k net, you're gonna need to build approx. 1.3+ million unencumbered equity in 5 years excluding your own living costs.

    Unless you ride another boom (can never rely on this), you're gonna have to buy deals where you can actively create equity everytime in order to reach that goal you want imo.

    Better start the learning/investing obsession now cos that's the only way I see it happening.

    Just my 2 cents.
