    Do you mean a strata thread (which you yourself can start) or a strata forum (subforum/forum section).. like "where to buy?"

    I agree!

    I made this suggestion at the same time you did, but I PM'd a moderator.

    I think it needs to be a sub-forum, lots of useful information is scattered all over the forums and with all the different terms (Strata, Owner's Corporation, Community Titles, Body Corporate etc) it can be hard to find.
