Strata report and building inspection?

    I have just signed the contract to purchase an apartment. I have just ordered the strata report. I was wondering if it is necessary to carry out a building/pest inspection as well, or will the strata report alone suffice?

    Unless issues are identified in the strata report, a B&P is generally not required.

    Have you identified any issues that you would want a building inspection to investigate?

    No there aren't any particular issues. Just wanting to check the usual protocol.
