Strata apartment renovation

    Hi

    I'm wanting to renovate my top story strata apartment. Need to move the kitchen to create a study/guest bed and redo the bathroom. Want to remove a couple of walls to make it open plan. I understand that I will need strata approval. Could this go through the CDC process or does that only apply to houses? Would I need a DA and hence use a town planner? Any other major considerations?

    I have exactly the same question - did you get to do your renovation using a CDC?
