Unfortunately thats one of the issues with internet based engagements. Certain people must be right at all times even when they are totally wrong as they know best. And then when they get challenged as being wrong over and over, they go complaining to the mods that they are being bullied.

Somewhere along the lines, for some people, people who disagree with them have become bullies. Because in their minds, they are never wrong and so it must be other people who have a grudge trying to put them down over and over.

Yes I feel it sometimes happens too, but I think it's rare that the perpetrator/bully is female.
And, I think there's less bullying on PC than SS but time will tell.

Ps. If you happen to be talking about me since I just did my whirlwind visit, then you read me wrong. I'm happy to have a conversation if anything is unclear. If you arent, then all good. I have absolutely no idea who you might be referring to, but it doesnt matter to me anyway. :)

Anyway, thanks to my visit and my talks with locals I do know the areas of Adelaide I like now and will watch with interest. I will probably buy in a couple of years when the market gets better.

Of course their view point is valid - But isn't this exactly what you are complaining about? People who follow you and post purely to undermine you.

    Gockie, wasn't you.

Sounds like the nursing home. So many dimentia patients who have reverted to speaking their mother tongue that the majority of the (newly migrated) staff can't understand their mutterings (& not all of them are pleasantries but rather funny).

The original question has been answered - I don't think there's any more value to be had in this thread.
