Its 3 months if we eat conservatively, it can easily be a month if we dont haha.
A few bags of rice last a long time and they were on special.
I dont expect anything to happen though, just if supplies get squeezed prices will rise accordingly.

The neighbours can fight for the rest, assuming they want baked beans and Codrals.

That's one item we're ok with. MrsW has a thing about toilet paper. I can't remember the last time we had less than 50 rolls, usually there are a lot more.

For a moment I thought you were going to suggest you had a bidet, or better still a bucket of water next to the loo.....:eek::eek::eek:

At a pinch, I could do the bucket of water again. Backpacking in S E Asia gave me the practice.

I don't expect to get the is virus. If I do I either live or die. The World needs a good population cull anyway. I brought an extra pack of toilet rolls. All the empty shelf space and FOMO buying worries me. Life goes on.

Because all the hand sanitiser is gone from the shops and I want my husband to be able to clean his hands when he comes back to his ute after visiting a client or dropping in at Bunnings!
Only got enough to make about 600 mls

I have no problem with the general concept of a population cull.
Like many parents, though, I suffer from the delusion that our daughter would be lost without us (especially my husband).
Admittedly she's 23 yo - bur we all have our illusions.

A population cull won't cull won't do much good for your (or anybody else's) property portfolio.

Had reports from South Australia that shops are out of rolled oats. Confirmed last night when we tried to order some and Woolies in Sydney are also out of rolled oats.

This is end of the world level stuff when I can't make my Anzac slice!

We have enough for another 2-3 double batches, but then we're not sure what we're going to do.

What happens if we get to April 25th and there are still no rolled oats available?

Then - it makes you wonder ... is it because everyone is buying up ... or is it because they can't get the stock in?

Yes - it's an angst question. Personally I think we're massively overpopulated ... but I still want tenants to pay top dollar for my rentals ... o_O

Could understand in Singapore or Hong Kong but Australians stockpiling food is ridiculous. Not so calm and collected after all.

Thanks to all the d-heads with heaps of it stored in their cupboards instead of leaving it available to those who really need it.
