    Also don't just look at Sydney, everything was booming since 2013, no brainer, have a look at what they purchase in other States.
    So far so good:)

    Hi Phil, no didn't end up using their services. I did however contact them and had a couple of consults. Maybe they are the right fit for you :)

    I have not used their services but have met with them on many occasions over the years. They are very experienced investors and have built an amazing portfolio for themselves. One of my friends partnered with them on a deal and made money and was happy with the outcome.

    Yes I have, but being non-resident it taking a long time to arrange finance, so whilst I've had initial calls with them I haven't actually been presented with any properties atm. Hopefully by end July pre-approval will be sorted and I can move forward.
