    Hi All,

Would you be able to shed light on how we can figure which properties are owner occupier and which properties are investment properties in a given subrub?

Just after some stats on this..

    Cheers,
    MsAli

Not sure if one can get into the detail of a specific property, data may not be openly available due to privacy issues.
However, you can get data on how many properties in a suburb are rented, owner occupied, on the market etc. This i believe you may already know, sorry couldn't be of much help.
    Cheers

RP data will give you those stats - if you don't have it, contact a local agent or buyers agent as most of us have subscriptions.

RP data does not provide information on which house is owner occupied and which one is a rental - only a general ratio for the area.

That info can be obtained but not easily - I will message you.

    Thanks @D.T. and @Xenia

Interestingly Price Finder does provide that info. As to it's accuracy - I don't know if it's 100%

It would be good if rpdata or PF can print all the properties in any given suburb of search preference, export to a excel sheet/PDF BUT with a field/column next to each property that will designate which prop is an IP or OO.

I believe this is what MsAli is asking?

Council has this information - how you get it out of them depends on your sweet talking skills :)
