    Interesting....it does not bode well for NSW......the interstate migration number is rocketing up of people getting out.

    Geelong/Cardinia/Wyndham/Casey price growth mirrors the growth....and even the jobless rates are not too bad....

    Not just anyone, I reckon its a 'brain drain' from Sydney to Melbourne as only the person will quality skills would be able to get a job in the competitive Melbourne job market. Both the higher end and lower end will be driven by these interstate migrants.
