    Hello Property Chat world, names Tim and I am 32yo property manager from Brisbane, currently dipping my toes in the development/investment side of property also. Grateful I found this forum recently thanks to Paul Glossop's book I am currently reading. Very insightful website.

    Great stuff that your starting to educate yourself first before just jumping in blindly. If you're not already, just make sure you read a variety of authors so you get more of a rounded knowledge base for you to then pick and choose what resonates with you.

    No not Adelaide sorry, definitely want to stick to the SEQ market. Something I am more familiar with and can keep an eye on things.

    Thank you! I am only half way through it so far, but it lead me to this website which I am so grateful for - this is amazing. Of all the online and tv property guru's I find Paul's way of communicating to be so straight forward. No bs, beating around the bush just straight to the point and very informative with all his statistics and stats. Lot's of real world examples also which is reassuring. Think Barefoot investor just focusing on property with a few of his own personal stories and lots of surfing analogies.
