    Is nt the form fee a one of cost for a tax concession. I guess you dont have to claim the concession, or do it yourself or pay some-one else much more to do it. You dont have to pay the express fee if you want to wait a few more hours to receive funds. The FX fee is $2.00 also a one off fee, after you send the money you can make as many transactions as you like for no fee.
