Staging in Adelaide

    Hi everyone,

    We are looking at selling our house in Adelaide sometime in the next 6 months.

    Can anyone recommend a staging company in Adelaide. We are in Reynella East in the southern suburbs if location matters.

    Platinum Property Styling. They're based in Golden Grove though - you'll have to check if they do all areas.

    They were about $2150 for 6 weeks last time i used them but obviously every house is different size / style / etc

    My agent recommended against staging in Canberra earlier this year - and the house sold quickly for a good price.

    Your agent might be able to advise on whether staging is necessary. If your property is like a lot of others, it will be worth while. Otherwise, it's possible that you could get good bang for buck with other things - a splash of paint, mulching the garden (if applicable) or similar.
